    Add New Target Device

    Right after the purchase, you will be able to log in to your Control Panel and add your kid’s device for monitoring.

    Installation

    • Track remotely with MonitorPhones

      Take the Target Device

      Physical access to the target device is required for Android plan. Thus, you should take your kid’s smartphone or tablet in the hands.

      Note: if you are going to monitor your child’s iOS device (iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch), you can choose the iCloud solution that requires neither physical access nor jailbreak. The iCloud solution includes only 12 monitoring features.

    • Track remotely with MonitorPhones

      Jailbreak iOS / Root Android

      If your kid uses an Android smartphone or tablet, you should root it for some monitoring features.

      Note: Root for Android is optional. However, it is required for some more extended features of the app like monitoring social media (Facebook, Instagram), online chats (Snapchat, WhatsApp, Kik, Skype, Viber) and emails.

      Install the Application (Android only)

      Install the app on your kid’s device. Follow the guidelines from an email you have received after the purchase. Feel free to contact our Customer Support, in a case of any assistance needed.

    Start Monitoring

    Right after the installation is completed, log in to your Control Panel (CP) to monitor the data on your kid’s device.
